i read somewhere someone wrote "i feel nauseous". and then i remember someone somewhere telling me "it's not nauseous you know. nauseated is the proper word to use". and i never othered to find out what the proper use for "nauseous" is. but if i do actually get off my arse and find out, i'll let you all know. 'coz right now, i'm feeling rather nauseated. (nauseous ??)
dinner was: rice fried with butter (what? no vegetababable oil ??) + chicken
chocolate malt nutri-grain with milk
